Picasso House was named after the Spanish artist, Pablo Picasso. Picasso was a multi-talented artist; he was a painter, sculptor, printmaker, ceramicist, stage designer, poet and playwright. He was a pioneer of modern art and Picasso pupils are inspired by this passion to lead the way with their own talents and ambitions. Picasso House is made up of pupils whose talents vary; their skills include: sport, drama, academics, Art and creativity and many more.
My vision for Picasso House is to provide pupils with the opportunity to engage with a range of activities across the school so they can discover their strengths and talents while also encouraging interaction between pupils of different ages, thereby enhancing the pastoral life of the school. I want all pupils to feel safe in our school and as part of the Picasso family.
